Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and bake in tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or use cream cheese icing.
