Grilled Swordfish Sicilian Style(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried
    1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
    freshly ground pepper
    2 lb. 1/2-inch thick swordfish steaks
Preparation
    If using charcoal, light it in time for white ash to form before cooking.
    If using an outdoor gas grill or the broiler, preheat for at least 15 minutes.
