Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 to 2 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and blend, then add milk until smooth.
    Season and cook a few minutes.
    Add chicken and mix well.
    Pour out to cool.
    When cold, take large teaspoon and shape into balls.
    Chill until firm, then roll in bread crumbs, then in 2 tablespoons milk and then in bread crumbs again.
    Bake in hot lard.
