Chicken Dinner In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split and skinned
    4 medium sized potatoes
    2 large carrots, quartered and cut into 2-inch pieces
    10 oz. frozen green beans
    1 large onion, cut
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place chicken breasts in heavy pan. Peel and slice potatoes, cut 1/2-inch thick.
    Place on top of chicken.
    Add onion, beans and carrots.
    Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour sherry over all; cover tightly.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
