Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    9 bacon slices, halved crosswise
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut livers into chunks.
    Wrap each bacon piece around a water chestnut and chunk of liver; secure with toothpick.
