Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
    Blend sugar and salt into butter and chocolate mixture with electric mixer.
    Slowly add milk, blending until smooth.
    Return to stove and bring just to point of rolling boil.
    Remove from heat immediately.
    Store in 5-cup container.
