Homemade Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 ripe tomatoes
    12 peppers
    8 onions
    2 qt. vinegar
    1/2 c. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 celery stalks
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, peppers, onions and celery, then add rest of ingredients and simmer many hours until thick.
    Makes about 10 or 12 pints.
