Minute Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add sugar and cream. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Bring to a rolling boil (turn heat back to high).
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and beat immediately.
    When mixture begins to lose its gloss, spread quickly over cake in pan, while hot.
    Cool before cutting.
