Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. round steak or cube steak
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 onion, cut into strips
large green pepper, cut into strips
1 or 2 cans beefy mushroom soup (undiluted)
soy sauce
Preparation

Tenderize round steak by pounding. Cut into strips.
Brown meat in hot oil in a large skillet.
Remove to dish. Add more oil and cook garlic, onion and pepper until tender. Return meat to pan. Pour 1 can of soup over meat and cook until done. May need to add more soup during cooking. Sprinkle on soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice or noodles.
