Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    4 1/4 Tbsp. olive oil or margarine
    6 c. bread flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Proof the yeast with the water, then add sugar and oil or margarine.
    Add salt to flour and gradually add flour.
    Knead dough and shape it into 2 loaves; let it rise until its size is doubled.
    Brush with egg white before baking for 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 2 loaves.
