Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil (1 c. butter-flavored Wesson oil and 1/2 c. regular oil)
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 bottle red food coloring (1 oz.)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add other ingredients in order and mix thoroughly.
    Bake in layer cake pans which have been greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
