Peanut Butter Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients.
    Add milk.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring often.
    Stir a little of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks and add to saucepan.
    Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla, butter and peanut butter.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Chill.
    Serve cold.
