Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Soak raisins in warm water for 10 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients by hand.
    Heavily grease and bake in iron skillet.
    Be sure to prick with a fork before baking and cut cross on top 1-inch deep.
    Brush baked bread with butter and margarine to prevent crumbling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
