Lemon Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Get cream cheese at room temperature.
Add all ingredients except pie crust into blender.
Blend until mixed well.
Pour into pie crust.
Chill at least 3 hours.
Can eat plain or top with favorite fruit (cherries, strawberries or blueberries).
