Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and milk.
    Set heat control to 280\u00b0.
    Bring mixture to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off heat and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until well blended.
    Pour into 8-inch buttered pan. Chill and then cut into squares.
