    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 pkg. Uncle Ben's saffron rice
    2 lb. crawfish tails
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small block Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
