Romanian Stuffed Cantaloupe(Pepene Galben Umplut) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cantaloupe
    2 large pears
    1 large apple
    2 peaches
    3 plums
    1/2 cup red grapes
    1/2 cup white grapes
    1 cup wine
    1/2 sugar
    3 Tbsp. gelatine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel and seed and cube the apples peaches, plums and pears, slice grapes in half.
    Place all fruit in a large bowl and mix with 1 Tbsp. of sugar.
    Cut a slice off the top of the cantaloupe large enough to remove seeds with a spoon.
    After seeded place all fruits inside the cantaloupe, press fruit in gently so it fits.
    In a small saucepan heat wine and remaining sugar to a bowl, add gelatine and mix well until it dissolves well, add vanilla.
    When mixture cools pour into cantaloupe to cover fruits, place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours or until well chilled.
    Cut cantaloupe in half and then into slices.
    Serve.
