Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fruit
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. raisins, nuts and dates
Preparation
    Crush fruit with juice in blender.
    I prefer canned apricots. Dissolve soda in fruit and add quickly to dry ingredients.
    Blend in oil, raisins, nuts and dates.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 4 midget loaves.
