Baked Apples With Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large baking apples
9 Tbsp. sugar, divided
ground cinnamon
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Wash and core apples and place in baking pan.
Fill each apple with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of each. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
