Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. ice water
    6 small green tomatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. Oak Farms butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix the pie pastry
    and roll out and line the pie plate with pastry.
    Slice
    peeled
    tomatoes into the shell, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon
    and
    nutmeg
    over the tomatoes.
    Add the butter, cover with top
    crust.
    Bake
    in
    hot
    oven at 400\u00b0 at least 30 minutes or until light brown.
