Moist Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. parsley
2 1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
18 c. white bread cubes (no croutons)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
-
Saute, until tender, onions and celery in margarine.
Add parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Stir well until thoroughly mixed.
Mix with bread cubes and eggs.
Mix well.
Make 1 cup stuffing per pound of bird.
