Cheese, Bacon And Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) prepared pie shell
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 medium tomato, sliced thin
8 slices bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation

Mix onion and flour; pour int pie shell.
Add tomato slices and sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Bake 30 minutes, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with shredded lettuce at time of serving.
