Beef Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder (or more according to taste)
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 large flour tortillas
    shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef
    stew
    meat\tin
    a little oil in Dutch oven. Add water,
    garlic,
    chili
    powder,
    oregano,
    salt, cumin and pepper and simmer for at
    least
    2 hours (the longer it cooks, the easier it is to
    shred later) or until remaining liquid is absorbed. Shred meat with 2
    forks or let cool and pull apart with fingers.
