Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    8-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add the sugar, beating until thick and lemon colored.
    Stir in the corn syrup, pecan halves and vanilla extract.
    Pour into pie shell. Place on middle shelf of oven. After 10 minutes, reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for about 35 minutes or until filling is set and crust is lightly browned.
