Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl.
Beat in pumpkin, oil and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Pour batter into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
