Hominy Grits Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 roll garlic cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    Cheddar cheese to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Mix water, grits and salt and cook about 5 minutes or until thick.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0. Last 15 minutes, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.
