Blueberry Oat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. sour milk *
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation

In bowl, combine oats and milk; let stand a few minutes.
In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Stir egg and butter into oat mixture. Add oat mixture all at once to dry ingredients.
Stir just until moistened.
Gently fold in blueberries; fill well-greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yields 12 muffins.
