Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded zucchini (3 to 4 small or 2 medium or 1 large)
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt
    pepper
    buttered soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs.
    Put in baking pan.
    Top with buttered soft bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
