Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and fold in zucchini and nuts.
Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake glass pans at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for metal pans for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove immediately.
Cool on rack and cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
