Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can kidney beans (optional)
    3 cans chili hot beans or pintos
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans whole tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. chili hot pepper
    1 pkg. McCormick chili mix
    2 c. water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
    Put in large boiler and add all remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
