Easy Spanish Rice With Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. or 3 tsp. beef bouillon
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 can whole green chiles
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    Cheddar cheese to garnish
Preparation
    Bring water and beef bouillon to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add rice; cover and lower heat to simmer.
    Steam for 20 minutes.
