Crispy Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Melt margarine, and crush corn flakes.
Dip potato slices into melted margarine and then into corn flake crumbs.
Arrange potatoes on greased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until they test done when pierced with a fork.
