Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. strong bread type flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 packet yeast
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and yeast in large bowl.
    Gradually add warm water to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Cover with transparent wrap.
    Let stand at least 2 days in warm place.
