Casserole Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of potato soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Spread gently in a 13 x 9-inch pan or 3 quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
