Italian-Style Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. monosodium
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 c. cooked rice
2 eggs
1 medium head cabbage
Preparation

Combine meats, salt, monosodium, pepper, onions, rice and eggs; mixing well.
Form into 10 to 12 fat rolls (about as long as your thumb).
