Cheese And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 large can mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    3/4 lb. Cheddar/Swiss cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break bread into 1-inch pieces.
    Place half of bread in buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
    Over this, spread in layers the mushrooms, olives and cheese.
    Spread remaining bread cubes over top.
