Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. baking soda
6 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
18 c. shredded carrots
12 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. cinnamon
6 c. oil
24 eggs
chopped walnuts
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Makes 2 sheet pans, approximately 150 servings.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
