Oreo Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream or any flavor
    1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's fudge topping
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush the cookies.
    Save 2 cups for topping. Combine crumbs and butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Slice ice cream (soft enough to spread) and place on crumbs.
    Top with fudge topping and then Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
    Place in freezer.
