Hungarian Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
    2 c. chicken stock
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onions in 2 tablespoons of the butter.
    Add the mushrooms, dill, 1/2 cup of the stock, soy sauce and paprika. Simmer 15 minutes.
