Stell'S Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, soften
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl the butter and shortening.
    Add sugar; beat until smooth.
    Add eggs and buttermilk.
    Add remaining ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda, salt and lemon extract. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown in floured and greased tube pan.
    Can use 13 x 9-inch pan (bake about 45 minutes).
