Grape Parfait - cooking recipe

vanilla ice cream
frozen grape juice
7-Up
Preparation

Spoon vanilla ice cream in the bottom of parfait glasses (about 2 heaping teaspoonfuls).
Next, put 1 or 2 teaspoons of thawed grape juice (do not dilute the juice with water).
Add another layer of ice cream.
Top with grape juice for top layer. Cover with foil and freeze.
When ready to serve, let them soften slightly and pour 7-Up over top.
