Seekh Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 gm. mutton
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. green chilies, finely cut
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
    onion
    1/4 tsp. black pepper (powder)
    1/4 tsp. red chili (powder)
Preparation
    Wash mutton and put twice through mincer.
    Add to it the green chilies, ginger and garlic.
    Then salt, pepper and onion.
    Mix spices well in the mincer and make kabobs in the form of ping-pong ball size and shape.
    Push skewers through kabobs.
    Pat and mold until mince clings around skewers.
