Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Make a well in
the center.
Add oil and buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly; turn out onto floured bread board or waxed paper.
Turn 3-4 times.
Pat out and cut with biscuit cutter.
Place in greased pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
