Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cornflakes for topping
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole (except cornflakes).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Mix crushed cornflakes with 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole and return to oven until lightly brown.
