Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. finely chopped green or red pepper
    2/3 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    3/4 c. olives, quartered
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (or less)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. can Italian flavor tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, green pepper, onions and rice together, stirring constantly.
    Add olives, salt, pepper, tomato paste and water.
    Bake, covered, about one hour at 375\u00b0.
