Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    4 eggs (extra large)
    1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. each: white pepper, oregano and Tabasco sauce
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain marinade from 1 jar artichokes into a small frypan. Drain the other jar.
    Chop artichokes fine, discarding any hard pieces; set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to marinade and saute until limp.
    Drain off excess marinade.
