Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 can (8 oz.) cream-style corn
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Then mix together the remaining ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan or can be put in a 10-inch heavy skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
