1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. turkey sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning or dried oregano leaves
1 pkg. cocktail rye bread
Preparation

Crumble ground turkey and sausage in microwave casserole dish (1/2 to 2 quart dish).
Cover and microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir and microwave another 4 minutes.
Drain all grease. Crumble cooked meat and add Velveeta cheese (cubed).
Microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Add Italian seasoning and stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
Spoon onto cocktail rye and bake in oven for 4 to 5 minutes at 350\u00b0 on cookie sheet. Remove to serving platter with spatula, for all guests to enjoy.
