Ziti Charcoal Burners Style(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 lb. ziti (I use linguine)
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove bacon; drain off drippings. Return 2 tablespoons to the pan.
    Saute onion in drippings until just transparent.
    Add wine and cook until wine is reduced by half.
    Cook pasta and drain well; return to pot.
    Add bacon, onion mixture, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly until pasta is well coated.
    Serve immediately.
