Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
green pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread, crust removed
Preparation

Break bread in small pieces and moisten with milk.
Mix ingredients; shape into cakes and fry quickly until brown.
